SJC Level I
Basic Level program. Aimed toward novice lifters with less than 1 year lifting experience. This program is designed to increase strength, General Physical Preparedness (GPP) and introduce the basic movement patterns and lifts that all other SJC Programs are based from. Much variation is used, so be sure to contact us if help is needed in navigating exercise selection.

SJC Level II
Intermediate Level program. Aimed toward lifters with at least 1 year of lifting experience. This program is designed to increase work capacity, improve full body strength, increase lean body mass and hone in on lifting technique.

SJC Level III
Advanced Level program. Aimed towards intermediate - advanced lifters with multiple years of lifting experience. This program is designed to increase muscle mass and strength by utilizing both high intensities and high training volumes.

SJC Mass Gain
Advanced Level program. Aimed towards intermediate - advanced lifters with multiple years of lifting experience. This was the exact program we ran through the facility and succeeded to put some serious size on our members. This program consists of 3 hard lifting days with 1 hard conditioning day.
Introductory Level Mass Gain Program with a slight Arm specialization. Aimed towards lifters new to trying to put size on or advanced lifters looking to take a break from high volume work. This 6 week program utilizes the BASICS on 3 lifting days per week. Contact us for the program
Intermediate/Advanced Level Program. This program uses the popular "Power Building" method. High Intensity compound lifts to increase muscular strength and density, blended with High Volume accessory lifts in to increase muscular size and volume. Leaving you with the body and strength of a TITAN
